The pattern is a roses and scrolls pattern on a pierced handle. The pattern is repeated on the upper portion of the reverse of the spoon
This spoon measures 6 1/8" (15.6 cm) long with a bowl that is 1 1/4" (3.2 cm) wide
The back of the spoon is stamped    Community     (in a script font)   
This spoon is in very good condition for its age with only minimal signs of wear
This item has no cracks or signs of repair
