The design is a white and yellow flower with 22 kt gold banding on the edges
The cup is 2 1/2" (6.4 cm) high x 3 13/16" (9.7 cm) at the brim and the saucer is 6" (15.2 cm) in diameter
The underside of the cup is simply embossed USA while the underside of the saucer reads:
