Refund policy

Most of our items are returnable within 14 days of the buyer receiving the items. Items must be returned in the same condition they were shipped. In general the only items we don't accept returns on are printed matter (books, magazines, etc.), multiple piece items (yarn lots, building block sets, etc.) and any item marked "as is".

No returns accepted without prior authorization, email us for an RA number. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
