Blue yellow band England cup and saucer VGU

The design is blue, white and pink flowers on a blue and yellow band with black and cream outlining, gold banding on the edges  

The back stamp simply says  MADE IN ENGLAND  with no mention of who made it  

The cup is marked in gold writing   40X4  three dots forming a triangle, the saucer is marked   "  8  

The cup is 2 11/16" (6.8 cm) high x 3 1/8" (7.9 cm) at the brim and the saucer is 5 1/2" (14 cm) in diameter  

Both pieces are in very good condition and don't appear to have been used as any more than a collectible

These items have no nicks, chips, cracks, or signs of repair
